BISA AGM

It’s that time of the year again!!

Date: Thursday 17 May 2018

Location: The Joinery, 111 Franklin Street, Adelaide.

Time (Speaker): 6:30pm-7:30pm

Time (AGM): 7:30pm-8:00pm

Our speaker for the evening will be Sara Morrison, an engineer from the City of Charles Sturt. More information to come on her discussion, however, in brief, she will focus the review of the Outer Harbor Greenway, which when finished, should rival the Mike Turtur Greenway in popularity. She will also cover other cycle projects planned and in progress within the council area, followed by a Q&A.

This is an excellent opportunity to hear and to discuss what is needed for an excellent Greenway, as well as what we are likely to see from one of the more progressive Councils in SA.

Members and non-members are welcome.  We will have supper after the AGM, which is a great chance to meet others keen to see cycling promoted.

In the interests of saving on printing and paper we’ve attached links to the following documents:

Agenda
2017 AGM Minutes
2017 Treasurer’s report

We will print some copies of each of these for the meeting but you can read these beforehand, save on your phone, or whatever…

Even if you are not intending to stay for the AGM, we’d still like to know if you are coming to hear Sara so please tell us.   We need to know how many to cater for (which room to use, seating etc).

If you feel you can contribute to the organisation as a committee member or office-holder, just send an email to secretary@bisa.asn.au using the nomination format below.
